Torreon is a mixed-use, master planned cumminity located on 1,387 acres of Pinderosa Pines and gentle rolling terrain. the property has been desined with golf, resort and family amenities surrounded by premium residential homesites. Unique among mountain communities, over 50% of the acreage is devoted to estate-size homesites on the golf course. Another 25% of the acreage is committed to golf course, parks and open space with the balance slated for higher density residential, resort and light commercial use.

Designed by internationally acclaimed architects Von Hagge, Smelek and Baril, Torreon preserves the aesthetics of the land, including its natural washes and wildlife. Downhill and cross-country skiing, snowboarding and snowmobiling are available at nearby Sunrise Ski Resort. With local services a short 10-minute drive away, Torreon offers a small mountain town getaway.
