• Realtor History: Full time Realtor for the past 12 years and in good standing with NAR, AAR, the White Mountain Association of Realtors, and the Scottsdale Association of Realtors. I work full time, seven days a week and have employed a full time assistant for over two years.
• Certifications: Education has always been near and dear to my heart with my BAE degree and 20 years in the public school system. So in order to serve my clients better, I am on a mission to get as much training as I possibly can in this field as well. I have taken numerous classes, passed tests, pay the yearly membership fees, and have met the sales production levels. I currently have the following certifications and designations:

RRS, Recreational & Resort Specialist
My current plans are to get my Associate’s Broker’s License within the next twelve months.
• Realtor Conventions: I attended the National REALTORS Conference & Expo last November which offered an abundant array of educational classes, 700 exhibitors, and multiple networking opportunities. The mid-winter conference for AAR in Prescott in March was a great statewide event for Arizona Realtors too. The sessions are taught by some of the best trainers in the nation and the information I bring home is invaluable in my practice.
• Track record: My experience in Torreon property is matched by no other agent in the White Mountains with 10 years of listing and selling in Torreon. I was hired by the developer, Desert Troon, in May 1998. I have over 700 sales, have walked every homesite numerous times and have been in most of the homes, so I know the development, amenities, homes, and homesites better than other realtors.
• Local Resident in Torreon: I bought my first lot when we opened in 1998, built my home five years ago, purchased a second investment lot in 2006, am a golf member, and know nearly everyone. That experience, knowledge, ability and track record provides you with the best service - bar none.
• Care and Responsibilities: As your buyer’s agent I owe you fiduciary responsibilities of obedience, loyalty, disclosure, confidentiality, accounting, reasonable care, and diligence. I strictly adhere to the NAR Code of Ethics and follow the standards in my daily practice. Article 1 of the Code gives my pledge to protect and promote the interest of my clients. This is my full time and only business and the quality of service and representation is what I provide to all my clients every day.
